Founder
Raghavendra S. is a serial entrepreneur and business advisor with nearly two decades of experience, built first in healthcare and then across technology and business services. An MBA professional trained in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and TQM, he helps hospitals, clinics and healthcare ventures expand, streamline operations and build sustainable business models.
His healthcare work spans hospital growth strategy, regenerative medicine, nutraceuticals and advanced therapeutics, supported by insights from neuroscience. In business expansion, he advises startups and established organisations on investment strategy, partnerships, workforce planning and recruitment coordination.
He also builds in education and talent development: training academies, skill and certification programmes, leadership development and AI-enabled career assessment. A patent holder in wearable safety devices, he combines invention with hands-on execution.
Mrs. Muktha Raghavendra
Co-Founder
Muktha V is the Co-Founder of Manoratha, known for her strong expertise in operations and administration. A science graduate with proven leadership, process management, and financial management skills, she plays a key role in driving efficiency across teams and ensuring smooth execution of organizational initiatives.
At Manoratha, Muktha leads initiatives such as HELPS (Healthcare Excellence & Leadership Performance System) and AI-based SWOT assessments, helping optimize hospital operations and enhance talent performance. She also plays an important role in implementing Operational Efficiency strategies and Center of Excellence (COE) frameworks across healthcare and consulting projects. Focused, disciplined, and results-oriented, Muktha transforms strategic goals into measurable outcomes that strengthen organizational performance and client impact.
